Biopsychology is a branch of psychology that analyses how brain and neurotransmitter affect our attitudes, emotions and feelings. A Family and Marriage Counsellor works with families and couples to nurture changes and develop interpersonal communication skills. They have a wide range of clients from premarital couples to married couples and nuclear families to joint families at once. They possess compassion and empathy and are also known as good listeners.

Sport and Exercise Psychologists work with athletes, teams and coaches to improve their motivation and performance. Sports Psychologists work with amateur and professional athletes to improve their mental and physical health, as well as athletic performances, by using goal setting, imagery, focus strategies, and relaxation techniques, among others.

A typical Industrial Psychologist focuses on how societal norms influence the well being of employees, as well as how managerial approaches affect morale. An Industrial-Organizational Psychologist can make recommendations for change in the operations of the workplace, which could negatively affect the mental health of the workers.
