Substantive legal knowledge in M&A also includes state corporate, contract, and fiduciary duties law, as well as federal securities law, is a must
3-6 years of prior large law firm corporate legal experience.
Must have experience with mergers and acquisitions transactions, substantial drafting experience, be able to lead closings, and handle diligence for deals.
