A Post Secondary Teacher is responsible for giving instructions and knowledge on various subjects to high school or college students . The teacher creates instructional resources for use and maintains a positive educational climate for students. Professors plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities and also participates in ongoing training sessions. They create lesson plans and modify them accordingly throughout the year and also utilize various curriculum resources. Teachers read and stay abreast of current topics in education.
