What you need to get started
Working on shadow teaching and assisting a child (client diagnosed with Autism/ADHD/learning disability) in his/her school (during school hours) with targeted intervention strategies to improve skills in the domains of behavior, concentration, academic, and social skills
Preparing daily reports to be sent to parents regarding the behavior & performance of the child at school & the intervention strategies used by the shadow teacher
Need to be well-versed in the most recent research on child and adolescent therapies
