3-5 years of experience with private equity and M&A experience.
Should preferably have excellent drafting, writing, and project management skills.
Experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements and other ancillary transaction documents and otherwise meeting the day-to-day requirements of a private equity fund and portfolio company clients is expected.
Excellent academic credentials and prior large firm experience required.
